It is unfortunate that this person has decided to behave in that manner. It is also unfortunate that you didn’t get the name of their insurance company. At this point, all you can really do is contact your insurance company and hand it off to them. They have the resources to find out what insurance company the person has. This is also part of their job and is what you, with your premium, are in part paying them for. If neither you, nor your insurance company, can find out, you may have to take the person to court.
